The cozy café “Latgale” offers home-style meals at friendly prices. On weekdays, set lunches are available, also for takeaway. The venue can accommodate up to 40 guests.
We especially recommend trying our famous Siberian dumplings, made according to an authentic recipe passed down through generations.
